The Royal Opera House asked me to rebuild a project that had faltered and was thus under a tight schedule. It used a lot of jQuery styling. The previous developer had started to build a content management system from scratch. I realised that this could be fitted over a WordPress framework. There were several obstacles to this build and these were mostly how to make this project work well for the Lowry Museum’s touchscreen displays which ran on Internet Explorer. There were several changes that were made for this particular set up as well as providing a more comprehensive jQuery hover experience for anyone looking at the site outside of the museum online.Go to the live version >
