Daria Petrillo
Daria’s artwork has been called “distinctive, quirky and original”.
Passionate about illustration since childhood, she is never without a pencil in her hand. Experimentation with a wide range of materials and media means that her style is constantly evolving.
After graduating with an MA in Communication and Design from Università La Sapienza, she took on various agency roles as a graphic designer and illustrator in Rome before moving to London three years ago. As part of her commitment to continued self-development, Daria completed a Diploma in Experimental Illustration at the LCC – part of the University of the Arts London -, achieving the highest possible grade, and now works as a qualified freelancer.
Daria exhibits her artwork regularly and has received commissions through different galleries in London.
Of Italian origin, she lives and works in London, but takes trips home to visit her family and see the sunshine whenever possible.
