Fran Lloyd
I was born in 1979 and raised covered in mud and other detritus on a farm in Herefordshire. I then moved to Birmingham to study Jewellery
and Silversmithing and now live in East London working as a window dresser and prop designer. I have always drawn, doodled, sketched and painted but only recently decided to make illustration my profession.
I am inspired by the flora and fauna of the country side I grew up in and also by the psychedelic movement of the late 60’s and early 70’s.
My drawings are delicate, intricate imaginings full of symbolism and portent.
I like tea, pens and adventures.
I dislike idiots and the rain
