I am a sometime (a)rchitect, draughtsman, waster of paper, and illustrator.

I was born in 1969 and raised climbing trees and generally running amuck in the commuter belt of the Home Counties. I escaped to study a BA in Architectural Design and after years forging my career as an architect, realised my passions lie with the rather more immediate rewards of image making. After studying Illustration at the University of the Arts in London my work has evolved to become more experimental and hopefully witty, always striving for the peculiar.

As well as painting and collage I have always had a passion for drawing. I seek to be sincere in all my work, whilst trying to be spontaneous. I strive to keep my work fresh and I am always inspired to communicate differently, whilst retaining the human touch in modern digital communication.

I now live in the east end of London with my partner and our rampaging children. Always slightly dishevelled, I enjoy vintage bikes, the woods, bringing stones back from the beach, dereliction and fine wine to name a few. Twisted, whimsical, solitary, naïve…different.
