NHS site auditing and re-arranging

About the project

At this point in time, NHS.UK was a vast site with complicated ecosytems, current and legacy content living side by side and outdated navigational elements. The wider NHS Digital team had recently developed a robust components library and this was the prime moment to address the information architecture.

The work involved assessing, auditing and mapping the ecosystems of the existing content, interconnections and then hypothesising and proposing better design solutions.

Working in a rapid agile environment the multi-disciplined team produced a multitude of working prototypes.
